Refund Policy

At Safe Dwell, we strive to provide exceptional home warranty services and ensure complete transparency with our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchased warranty plans.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • No service requests or claims have been filed
  • The cancellation request is submitted in writing via email or our contact form
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

2. Refund After 30 Days

If a cancellation is requested after the initial 30-day period, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on:

  • The remaining duration of the warranty plan
  • Any administrative fees applicable (up to $50)
  • Any costs incurred from prior service claims or inspections
  • Safe Dwell reserves the right to deduct service costs or deny refunds in case of claims usage.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If a service request has already been fulfilled
  • If cancellation occurs after plan expiration
  • For add-on services or special promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • If the plan was purchased under a non-refundable discounted promotional offer

4. Cancellation Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support via email at info@safedwell.us
  2. Provide your full name, policy number, purchase date, and reason for cancellation
  3. Wait for written confirmation from our team
  4. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source unless otherwise requested and confirmed.

5. Disputed Charges

If you notice an unauthorized or duplicate charge, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 5–7 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Policy Amendments

Safe Dwell reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
